Tridaya Anugerah Sejahtera or abbreviated as TAS is a purely national company that is engaged in Human Resources Specialist in Manpower Recruitment and Placement Services for Oil & Gas, Mining, Engineering and Construction, also other industries such manufacturing in Indonesia and at which we provide our clients with integrated human capital management solutions experience in the professional recruitment to recruit positions and potential candidates based on Client manpower requirements. We are a pioneer in rendering the HR Solutions, it is a combined venture of leading and experienced HR Professional.     From the orientation step allows our clients to collect all relevant Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits forms prior to hiring for employment.

    We help on clients to have choice is dependent on having good data.

We adhere to our continuous commitment ie getting people to do the right thing at which employing the right people requires a great strategy to recruit. In under certain circumstances, prospective candidate can be interviewed thru telephone which is commonly known as telephonic interview. Ideally, it depends on requirement by the client whereby interview arrangements organized by TAS consultants. Through intervieving process is designed to help you select the right candidate; making it important to have a structured process, and consistency in practice, in other words one-on-one interviews are the best way to really get know a potential candidate.

In the screening candidates process, reviewing resumes and cover letters that could be through the phone interviews and sorting for the top candidates in the most efficient process. The next step for Interview arrangements set up by TAS consultants from thereafter interview and skill test may be required and shall be conducted by the clients or TAS Consultants. Priority interviews with candidates based on recommended or after reviewed by the client.

    We continue sourcing potential candidates in fulfillment of workforces by our clients in the very effective sourcing either through our intensive database, TAS website and
    advertising.

  • Selection Criteria

    We continually pursue excellence in the quality of our manpower supply service in providing our client with potential candidates.

Initiating the search process begins with sufficient time to establish an effective process to offer a total recruitment service which focuses on client’s satisfaction in which competency based recruiting to ensure candidates will succeed in a position by guaranting suitable candidates. In practice, we are committed to review and short list all candidates based on the position job descriptions by the client that could be provided through employment requisitions
